  DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR. Expect over an hour wait in a dirty waiting room; expect staff to be extremely rude; expect for doctor to rush in/rush out; expect him to be guilty of insurance fraud as he will only discuss one thing at a time at every appointment. He refused to write a prescription for a hospital bed and a referral for PT at the same appointment - had to be two separate appointments so he could bill insurance twice. Refused to prescribe refills for medications that patients need to be on for life - have to make appointment every three months that way he can bill insurance every three months. Office staff extremely disorganized - claimed that doctor's office never wrote a prescription that I had the pill bottle showing that he did.
