  Last night we decided to do our usual Friday night pizza. We ordered a couple pizzas and when they arrived attached is what we saw when we opened one of the boxes.
  
  We called the store to request an exchange, rather than wait an hour for another delivery I told them I would just pick them up.
  
  Since this was no longer a delivery I stated I didn't want to pay the delivery fee and I didn't feel the driver should receive a tip. When they rang me up, to my surprise, the price was more than what I originally paid.
  
  Why on earth would I have to pay more for the exact same pizzas that I now have to pick up because of your driver? After being given various poor excuses that didn't make sense I ended up canceling the entire order and going to Dominos.
  
  Is there any logic to a customer being charged more because they had to pick up their own pizzas due to your driver's poor delivery?
