The staff is very rude. When the front desk receptionist asked me why I was there, I told her I was having sinus and allergy trouble. She said "You're not coughing or sniffling?" I just smiled and said my throat was bothering me and that I had been having migraines, then I sat down. She then closed her glass window and proceeded to gossip about me with the nurse. I guess they thought I couldn't hear them, or they just didn't care. One said I was faking it and that I was crazy, because I didn't look sick or show obvious symptoms. When I went to the back, the nurse took my temperature, and then walked out of the room to tell the front desk receptionist that I had a slight fever. The lady goes "Oh, how did that happen?"

When Dr. Figueroa came in she took a very quick look at me, said I looked fine and that my slight fever was nothing to worry about. She didn't address my migraines, but she gave me some nasal spray and told me it would be "months and months" (her words) until I got better. I asked her about getting some antibiotics, but she said all I needed was some nasal spray. I didn't question it further, because she's a doctor and I put my trust in her. One month later I started feeling more tired. I still had a slight fever, migraines, and my throat was still bothering me. I was having trouble breathing, and I had developed eczema on my arm as well as psoriasis on my leg, so I went to an Urgent Care. (There is no cure for psoriasis, so I'll have that now for the rest of my life).

The doctor at the Urgent Care was very kind and his staff was very professional; he diagnosed me with a Bronchitis infection. They took a chest x-ray, I did a breathing test, and had three painful shots (you can guess where). He told me my lungs were tight, my throat was clogged, and that rashes were sometimes a side effect of infection left untreated. He then prescribed me steroids, antibiotics, an inhaler, and some more nasal spray, then asked me why I hadn't gone to my Primary Care physician. I told him I had gone, and repeated to him what she had said to me, and he just shook his head. Long story short, if you want to be mocked by office staff and not taken seriously as a patient until your condition gets worse, go to Polymedic Primary Care.
